Return & Exchange Policy

 

At By Mama’s PK, we take great care in preparing and delivering our homemade food to ensure freshness and quality. Due to the perishable nature of food products, we have the following return and exchange policy.

1. No Returns on Food Products

For hygiene and safety reasons, kimchi and other food items cannot be returned or exchanged once delivered, unless the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, leaking, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

To process your request, please send:

  • Your Order Number

  • Clear photos or video of the product and packaging

  • A brief explanation of the issue

After verification, we may offer:

  • Replacement of the product, or

  • Refund / store credit
