Elevate the classic grilled cheese with ByMama’s kimchi for a spicy, umami twist. Melty cheese meets tangy ferment—pure indulgence!
Ingredients (serves 1–2):
• 4 slices bread (sourdough or brioche works great)
• 1 cup ByMama’s kimchi, drained and chopped
• 4–6 slices melty cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or American)
• 2 tbsp mayonnaise or butter for spreading
Instructions:
1. Mix kimchi with a bit of gochujang mayo if using.
2. Spread mayo/butter on one side of each bread slice.
3. Layer cheese, kimchi mixture, more cheese on the non-spread side.
4. Grill in a skillet over medium heat until golden and cheese melts (3–4 minutes per side).
5. Slice and serve hot.
Tips: Add sliced tomatoes or avocado for freshness.
